I’m Noel Crider, a Realtor® residing in Auburn, CA, in the Sierra Nevada Foothills, and the author of this blog. I have been working in real estate for 20 years, representing buyers and sellers in Auburn and surrounding areas.

My strengths lie in really listening to my clients so that I am able to help them reach their goals. I am a listing specialist, and use cutting edge marketing tools, both in print and especially online, to help homeowners sell their homes quickly, with little pain, and for the most money possible.

Previous to real estate, I owned and operated a Mom ‘n Pop document scanning and electronic publishing business in Los Altos, CA. My family and I moved to Auburn in 2000 to get away from the hustle and bustle of Bay Area life. We truly love the foothills and all it has to offer in the way of great people and unbeatable outdoor activities. I am married to Lonnie, and mom to Barry (35), Brett (33) and Shelby (29).
